Why BGA Aerials and not some other drone service?
I don’t have customers. I have relationships. You asked me to work with you because your project is important to you. If it’s important to you, then it’s important to me. I want to take the time to get to know, and understand, what it is that you want so that I can do my very best to give that to you and make sure that you are happy with the result.
Too many companies view people as customers. Is this bad? For most, no. For me, yes. Companies that view you as a customer just see you as a number coming through the door. They may say that they “value the relationship” but really aren’t affected if you don’t come back, they will just work on the next person that comes in through their “door. That’s probably why they pay so much for advertising. Good for them…I guess. I’m not saying that everyone else is like that. I will ask you though, when was the last time that you went to a business and made you feel like a person and not a number?
If you’re a construction company looking for progression photos for your project, you know that there are many different options out there. Maybe you’re a photographer that is looking to collaborate on projects because you don’t offer aerial/drone photos. Maybe you’re a Surveyor that is looking to collaborate so that you can accomplish more in less time. Drones can be used for so many applications that the sky is the limit.
A relationship is something that MUST be beneficial to all involved, no matter how big or little it is. The person that you build a relationship with is someone that you will go back to because you WANT to, not because you NEED to, because of the way that they treat you.
For me, I would much rather have 1 relationship than 100 customers. I hope that it can be with you.t all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business.
